In order to enable our members to inquire about their member numbers through a convenient electronic way, the Pension Fund has launched the self-service function for “Member Number Query”. A member just needs to browse our website for the "Provident Fund Scheme for Workers in the Public Services", log into the "Member Number Query" page and fill in with the identification document number and the date of birth. We will then send the member number to the member’s registered mobile phone number by SMS.
