The Pension Fund has selected 7th December 2018as the last switching day of application plans under the Provident Fund Scheme in 2018, and the first switching of next year will be on 8th March 2019.
Members should pay attention to the followings:
From late October until the beginning of November, the Pension Fund will distribute an individual envelope containing statements﹝include: Application Summary and Account Transactions (available in Chinese and Portuguese only) ﹞and a Newsletter (no.38) to each member through service departments. Members who have registered to use the electronic document services could login to consult the related documents through the desktop version of Pension Fund’s website www.fp.gov.mo
If members intend to switch their application plans, they should consult the guideline for filling out the switching declaration form firstly. All information and the distribution percentages in the switching declaration forms should be filled in completely and correctly. In accordance with the law, the signed declaration forms shall be submitted to the Pension Fund through the service departments that the members belong to, before the submission deadlines determined by their service departments. The Pension Fund will not process any declaration forms with errors, omissions or incompleteness;
The switching declaration forms (available in Chinese and Portuguese only) and the guidelines could be obtained through the service departments that the members belong to, or be downloaded through the Pension Fund’s website. The reminders of filling out the form are added in the switching declaration forms of our website. Members are suggested to download and to fill in the forms through our website;
If members intend to maintain the current situation unaltered and decide not to switch the application plans, it is not necessary for them to fill in and submit the declaration forms;
“Switching Information Desk”In order to provide more relevant information to our members, the Pension Fund has launched the “Switching Information Desk” on our website. In addition to the information about funds, the status of Provident Fund accounts and the instructions for filling out switching declaration forms, the videos about fund performances can also be browsed through this platform. Members are welcome to scan the QR code on the right side or to consult the information through My Online Account /MEMBERS LOGIN.
For enquiries about switching, members are welcome to dial our hotline 2835 6556 during the office hours. Members may also make appointments of face-to-face services through our hotline. Our service hours will be flexibly extended to 8 p.m. on working days.
