Commencing from 01/09/2017, Schroders has lowered the standard total annual fee* of the Schroder ISF - Global Equity Alpha C Acc charged to all investors. Under the Provident Fund Scheme, this fee reduction affects the performance threshold that the Fund is required to achieve and the calculation of rebates of the Fund. As a result, the related threshold and the rebates should be adjusted accordingly and the related adjustments are retroactive to the above-mentioned date.

* The total annual fee of the investment fund under the Provident Fund Scheme has always been lower than the standard total annual fee of the Fund. Therefore, members of the Provident Fund Scheme are not affected by the fee reduction this time.
